Hektapy Buffalo Ghee is fresh homemade ghee, made in the traditional village artisan style. The buffalo milk is procured directly from the known Murrah buffalo milk producers in a suburban village. The farmers are specially selected for the manner in which they personally takes care and feeds buffalos and the hygiene maintained in the sheds. Hektapy travels far these villages to procure this milk and after an extended boiling process, turns it into curd in earthen pots, collects cream, hand churns it before sunrise in the pot itself. The butter skimmed by hand and stored in refrigerated in stainless steel vessels, till sufficient quantity is ready for a batch. on receipt of every order, the butter is boiled over a steady low flame in a copper pot till it is clarified and the aroma is right, and then packed fresh to lock-in the aroma.
