FLAX SEED (LINSEED)

Flaxseed is an excellent source of the omega-3 fatty Acids (alpha-linolenic acid), fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It lowers triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, controls blood pressure and diabetes and has anticancer properties. Regular consumption of 20 to 30gm is best for weight reduction and overall health.



How to use

·         Mix Hektapy flax seeds with oatmeal /porridge or sprinkle over any cold / hot cereal.
